一、安全保證Safety assurance：
1.設(shè)置安全氣動(dòng)鎖缸閥，設(shè)備意外掉電或開(kāi)蓋到位時(shí)上蓋將自動(dòng)鎖止于現(xiàn)行位置，不會(huì)墜落。確保操作人員的安全。
Setting hydraulic pressure safety lock. When the power is down suddenly or the cover is opened in place, the top cover will automatically lock in the current position and not fall, which ensure the safety of operator.
2.設(shè)置緊急按鈕開(kāi)關(guān)，出現(xiàn)意外情況時(shí)按下，層壓機(jī)切斷工作電源，上蓋將保持原位不動(dòng)。保證解除意外情況和進(jìn)行處理。
Setting emergency button switches. Pressing it when the accident happens. The laminator will cut off the main power supply and top cover will remain in situ. Guaranteeing that the accident has been solved and treated.
3.報(bào)警系統(tǒng):設(shè)置油箱缺油報(bào)警, 加熱超溫報(bào)警, 抽真空故障報(bào)警, 開(kāi)蓋欠壓故障報(bào)警、真空泵故障報(bào)警、加熱故障報(bào)警、測(cè)溫模塊故障報(bào)警，非法操作故障報(bào)警，共8套報(bào)警裝置，以確保工作狀態(tài)的準(zhǔn)確與正常，提高成品率。

Setting emergency opening device. When power off suddenly, the top cover of laminator can be opened and the components can be taken out and reprocessed, which solved the problem that the components couldn抰 be processed in time and become scrap because of power down for a long time.
5.設(shè)備控制電路完全采用低壓控制，便于維修人員帶電維修，并提高安全系數(shù)。
